Victor is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury law and handles all types of catastrophic injury cases, including those involving motor vehicle collisions (i.e. “car accidents”), motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability (i.e. “slip and falls”), and wrongful death. He also handles commercial litigation, and employment issues for individuals, including employment discrimination and severance agreements.
Peter's practice focuses on representing individuals in the areas of family law, guardianship, probate, estate planning, and general litigation. Peter has represented clients all over the Puget Sound, including Pierce, King, Thurston, Kitsap, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties.
Bridget Mott is a paralegal primarily working with Peter D. Haroldson and assisting with our Family Law, Guardianship, Estate Planning, and Probate matters. Previously she was involved in accounting before being inspired to go to Tacoma Community College for a Paralegal Certificate. She is looking forward to working with clients and using her various skills to help their matters.
