As a small business within the larger community, the Law Offices of Torres & Haroldson must balance the need to continue doing business in light of the gravity of the current nature of the coronavirus pandemic. With the escalating situation surrounding COVID-19, we find ourselves in a rapidly-changing environment by the day, if not the hour. We have seen that precise scenario unfold over the course of the last week and we completely support the need to “flatten the curve.” The health and safety of our guests, clients, vendors, staff, and attorneys has always been, and always will be, our top priority.
Effective immediately, and until further notice, in-person office visits should be avoided unless all of the following factors can be met: (1) an in-person meeting is absolutely necessary; (2) you have scheduled an appointment; and, (3) the attorney has approved the in-person meeting. There will be no unscheduled in-person meetings, or in-person consultations. Our attorneys and staff will continue to be available by phone, email, and if necessary, video conferencing, during regular business hours.
The public health world and its allies have adopted a rallying cry in the onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic—#flattenthecurve—and, the Law Offices of Torres & Haroldson will do our part. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
